Absolutely fantastic tour! From the moment we were picked up at our hotel, everything was seamless and well-organized. Our guide, Marcel, was outstanding—knowledgeable, friendly, and truly passionate about the region. He made sure the three of us—my mother, my friend, and I—felt included and went above and beyond to answer all our questions. Exploring Girona’s medieval architecture and the atmospheric Jewish Quarter was a highlight—walking through the winding streets really made the city’s history come alive. Visiting the 19th-century iron bridge designed by Gustave Eiffel was a unique touch, and Marcel shared fascinating stories about its construction. We also loved the stops in the charming town of Pals and the picturesque fisherman’s village of Calella de Palafrugel. One of the best moments was having a wonderful lunch right on the beach at Calella de Palafrugel, surrounded by white houses. The setting was so comfortable and chill, with the sound of the waves and a relaxed atmosphere—truly unforgettable! Since we traveled during the low season, there were very few tourists around, which made the experience even more special. We could really soak in the beauty and tranquility of each place without the crowds. The free hotel pickup and drop-off made everything so convenient. We went on a day tour with Dolce as our guide and Wander as our driver. I couldn’t have picked a more fantastic trip! Dolce gave us so much history and fun facts and clearly knows what she is talking about and makes the stories engaging. We went to so many beautiful places and got good recommendations for restaurants and souvenirs (with the story behind them!) Highly recommend booking with Wander and Dolce as your guides!!!

Dulce and Wander took good care of us. She was very knowledgeable of the Catalonian history and we had a great time. She also knew about many great places to eat along the way. Great day trip

We had a fantastic day with David (the real McCoy). Conversations were free-flowing. The day went by fast. David is an excellent guide who has a wealth of Catalan history and in-depth knowledge of our tour destinations. He was very kind and flexible (we were always late to our meeting point). :) Girona and the towns in the Costa Brava region have amazing examples of medieval architecture. We ended the day with seafood paella and creme Catalan. Both delicious. It made our afternoon siesta more enjoyable. Mil gracias, David!

David was a great host! My favorite parts of the trip was visiting Girona and ending it on Calella! Girona was such a beautiful town with a rich history. Calella had amazing views of the sea and I still dream about it till this day.

David did amazing! We absolutely loved girona! His knowledge of Catalonia is highly extensive and taught me a lot more than I was expecting! Highly recommend!

We had the best day! Chema, our driver & guide gave us so much information at all our stops, he really made it interesting. He changed up the tour a bit & took us to a different medieval town. As luck would have it, we had read about it previous to our trip & thought it would be more interesting. We had the town to ourselves- wonderful!! We then had the most wonderful lunch at a place of Chema's choosing. Everything was delicious...he knew what he was doing! Our final stop was on the coast in Calella. We had free time to enjoy the perfect weather, the ocean & the beach. A most relaxing day...one we would not have done on our own!!

Wonderful to see more of the area around Barcelona. Mario was wonderful guide. Very low key but informative. Have us some flexibility for a wine stop but didn’t cut out any of the tour.
