Alessario was a great guide. Lots of local knowledge. The tour allowed to get out on the water and see a different part of Venice

We had such an amazing time on the tour. Alex was so knowledgeable & friendly. The glassblowing demo was incredible to watch. We bought a beautiful piece while we were there. Burano was fun to visit & see everything that can be made with lace.

The Murano/Burano experience was unique. Our guide was born and raised in Venice had lived in Burano. She had a special connection with the merchants in Burano and gave us so much information about the life in Venice. It was an unforgettable experience.

The glass blowing demonstration similar to other demonstrations previously seen. The shop of finished products was awesome. Burano was a highlight! Lace demonstration was very interesting and the Main Street shops, restaurants, and houses was well worth the trip.

Exactly what it says on the tin - a chance to see master craftspeople at work in a glass workshop and a lace makers workshop. There was time to explore Burano and get some lunch. Add in an excellent guide pointing out the sights while on the water (thanks Rachele) and a glass of Prosecco - well, an excellent way to spend half a day in Venice.

Our Murano & Burano tour was a beautiful blend of craftsmanship, culture, and charm. Rachel, our tour guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and made the experience both informative and enjoyable. The Murano glass demonstration was absolutely mesmerizing—watching the artisan shape molten glass into delicate forms was unforgettable. The gallery showcasing the finished pieces was stunning, a true testament to the island’s artistry. I only wish we had more time to explore additional glass studios and shops on Murano. Burano was equally captivating, with its colorful houses and relaxed atmosphere. We had more time here, which allowed us to enjoy a lovely lunch and do some shopping. The lace-making demonstration was brief but meaningful—a 10-minute talk accompanied by a live demonstration that gave us a glimpse into this intricate tradition. Overall, this tour offered a perfect taste of Venetian island life and artistry. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates handmade beauty and a well-paced, scenic day trip.

Murano is advertised as the main attraction. But, all you do in Murano is go from the boat into a glass factory and showroom. That is dazzling; but, there is nothing else to see in Murano. On the other hand, Burano is highly attractive. A big hit with tourists strolling through a very picturesque small town. I had to conclude that you need to emphasize Burano more in advertising this tour

We missed the boat because we were not aware we had to take a ferry with several stops to get to the meeting point. Better instructions on how to navigate the ferry area and what line to take to get to the meeting spot would be VERY helpful! They did tell us to take the 7 and we caught up to the group on Murano Island. The Demo was amazing especially the making of the horse! Didn’t get much time to shop in the gift shop (I think because we missed it earlier) but did get a few items! Burano was nice had free time to explore! Hint! You can but lots of Murano glass jewelry on Burano if you don’t have time on Murano. The lace makers presentation was awesome so much hard work goes into those! Great souvenir buying area!!
