Madeira's Wild East: Full-Day Jeep Safari to Peaks & Coast

Excellent day out, enjoyed it from start to finish. Our driver John was very knowledgeable about Madeira. Some incredible views to be seen. Madeira is a beautiful island and there's no better way to see it. Recommended 👍

Rodrigo took us to places I wouldn't find myself. Off road was wild too. The rum glasses could have been bigger but it's fine as they were on the house. Delightful experience!

Picked up on time. We booked the East tour having already done the West. We were seated in the rear bench seats, slightly cramped but the other passengers were great fun so no issues with catching feet etc. Ernesto was amazing and such a great driver, I would definitely request his vehicle next time. We did some great off roading and were able to stand which made for a fantastic experience, Ernesto can really drive! It was cold where we sat so dress appropriately, this was mainly when we were travelling from point to point. Everybody in the vehicle got along well, would highly recommend, thanks Ernesto!

We had a fantastic day out with Nico touring the East side of Madeira. It was the perfect blend of fun, adventure and sight seeing. Packed full of the highlights of this side of the island, each visit was well timed so we didn’t feel rushed or that we had to linger to wait for a pick up. The short Levada walk was a bonus and worth it for the view. Pack layers as it gets chilly driving from place to place, as the jeep is open top. Plus, even on a sunny day like we had, the peaks are still cold. The jeep does get crowded so pack light as there isn’t anywhere to store bags other than by your feet. Overall, a really fun day! Bravo Nico!

Another excellent tour with Silvio , we went on the west tour at beginning of the week . I highly recommend this as best way to see all the island has to offer . Great value for money , he gives you time to take it all in and is very knowledgeable.

The tour guide was super and was very knowledgable. Not only this but he did the tour in many languages as there was various nationalities on board.

Does what it says on the tin. Great value for money, well organised, understanding and helpful. Not pushy at all with sales for lunch or at Rum factory. A really good day out…..but the weather and hence the views were good.

A few days ago we had a trip around Madeira Island, it was a wonderful trip with amazing views that are beyond description, you have to see them for yourself and the driver-guide was amazing. Thank you for such a wonderful day. I highly recommend it. Ramunė ir Lukas from Ireland -Lithuania

Loved it! We had a fantastic day out around east Madeira with 5 others in the jeep. John was so enthusiastic and interesting giving non stop information throughout. The jeep was comfortable with an open top for air con and viewing. Highly recommended!

We had a great day - although due to poor weather we did not get a view at top - the weather improved during rest - NICO was so enthusiastic / knowledgeable and very entertaining - we would throughly recommend this trip Go NICO !!!
