This was excellent and recommended. When we entered, some people (the other line) could not get in because they did not buy a ticket in advance. The guide was knowledgeable. Know it involves a good deal of walking.

The Alhambra palace was great place to visit, however our guided tour was swapped the day before to a self guided one. I wasn’t very happy & unable to cancel as booked it as not able to cancel. My tip would be don’t book with the conditions you’re not able to cancel, book direct with the Alhambra Palace.

Very important—this tour does NOT include the Nasrid Palace, which is the whole point in coming to see Alhambra. Also, make sure you go to the right meeting location! (Hint, it’s not at the entrance to the Alhambra.)

Ana was very knowledgeable about the Alhambra. It was nice to have a guide who is deep rooted in Granada and passionate about the history. It was very easy to find the office, obtain our tickets, and meet with our guide. I highly recommend using them for this tour.

The guide was an hour late, and we were informed about it 10 mins after our scheduled time. So we lost an hour with nothing to do in the cold. Also we have had better guides in the past. I would look elsewhere next time I was to book.

Well organised small group experience by a very knowledgeable young guide. Plenty of time to pause and enjoy the views and take lots of pictures.

The tour was informative but we all expected the visit to include the most famous part of the Alhambra, the Nasri Palace, but that was about the only place we did not visit, so VERY disappointing.

Great tour from Sandra, who was really knowledgeable and friendly. Alhambra is a great sight, not to be missed, and the additional info from having a guide helped bring it to life.

We were disappointed that we were charged for the self guided audio tour when we had paid for a skip the line Guided Tour. We were unable to get to the meeting spot on time due to train delays that were out of our control and had advised you of that prior to our meeting time. When we reached the meeting spot we were given entrance tickets, which we were apprentiative of but then you charged us extra for the self Guided audio. We feel that was pretty cheap on your end. We would like to ask for a refund for the extra charge of 9 euros each for that service. That is the least you could do after a long and frustrating day trying to figure how we were going to be able to utilize our paid for skip the line Guided Tour with you.
