Our gondola ride was brilliant. We first watched a VR headset explaining the history before heading for the gondola. It was a lovely ride and the Grand Canal was brilliant.

Good experience. Virtual experience was a surprise, but gives nice historical information. Beatrice was a lovely guide - giving information without overloading us. Gondola ride seemed short, but was nice. Cost was about average for a Gondola ride, I’m not sure how the time on the gondola compared to others as this one also includes the tour. The tour group is a good size, but then broken into groups of 4 for the actual gondola ride.

Amazing! Worth it more than the private gondola you get by yourself, Recommended to anyone wanting to try the gondola. Great!

It was amazing and so peaceful. The tour guide and also the gondolier were very friendly! We went through little streets with a history and then to our gondolas.

Gondola ride was a great experience. Weak point was the amount of commentary. Our guide’s knowledge was great (as a local) however I’d prefer a longer walk (& commentary) to get great value for money. Unfortunately on our tour the guide’s microphone was faulty. She tried to remedy but it was difficult to hear sometimes due to static.

Fantastic experience! Tour guide very knowledgeable and the gondola ride was very pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

Hassle free. Small-ish group. Friendly guides. Gondola ride was nice to see some of the smaller canals and some of the Gran Canal. Had heard horror stories about being overcharged by gondoliers and the experience not being worth it but this tour felt worth the money.

I got lost when I left the hotel and I arrived late. I tried to contact the Viator, but only an automatic chat was answering and I couldn't change the time for the ride. I wished a better abd personal/alive talk.

Brilliant experience !! Wonderful start with the glasses explaining the history, moving onto guided tour and commentary and then to actually ride j in a gondola. WoW !!

- Each gondola can host maximum 5 people; the seat aboard cannot be chosen but will be assigned by the gondolier depending of guests weight.
- The Gondola Ride does not operate in case of exceptionally bad weather or high/low tide (in these cases it can be postponed the days after otherwise it will be refunded)
- The itinerary may change in the event of wind or bad weather
- The guide will be only on one gondola, the participants on the others gondola will listen to her/him with the audio-devices
- The live commentary will be only in English, French and Spanish. The commentary on German, Japanese, Chinese, Hindi, and Russian will be provided by mobile app downloaded on the own devices.
