Interlaken is not worth it, grindelwald was great. Lauterbrunnen was so late in the day it was dark already. I think we could take regular train from Lucerne station to grindewald and have good experience. If you hotel is close to train station trains are a good option.

Delivered as promised. I was with a larger group. We did not follow a tour guide around but had free time to explore on our own which I preferred.

Well Organised and the guides Gaby and Yancey were caring, knowledgeable and made sure the safety of everyone. It was a long day but we visited wonderful places. Best time in Switzerland. Highly recommend.

It was a wonderful time getting to see the different cities in one day. Unfortunately during the last weeks of November everything was pretty much closed including shops and restaurants as they get ready for the “winter” season. The bus ride was good and the tour guides were great. It is in listing so you are aware beforehand but the Grindelwald stop was a little long. Would loved to have the time spread out more. It’s definitely a long day but it’s great if you’re limited on time.

Great trip in the snow, pity about the fog. Poor communication internally regarding changing buses to go back to Lucerne rather then Zurich. This caused me a lot of pain due to walking extra amounts on my broken foot. The bus driver was extremely rude and made me get off the bus before the tour guide had confirmed the change. So I had to hobble around on my broken foot and go up and down steps again.

This tour was great, but it actually departs from Zurich, so if you join in Lucerne, arrival time at the meeting point is subject to traffic and the window seats are already taken. It is also worth knowing in advance that there are some optional extras in Grindelwald, we did the train ride to Kleine Scheidegg which was amazing on a cold but clear day. This was at additional cost (without markup). Tour guides were excellent, shout out to Jorge & Bruno.

This was a worth while trip if you want to travel into the beautiful natural setting of Swiss Alpine life. There is some walking in Lauterbrunnen to get up to see the falls but the tour provided plenty of time to walk up and back. There is also the option of an tram ride up to Jungfrau (additional cost for this) once you have arrived in Grindelwald and time in Grindelwald after, albeit brief. Interlaken was a brief stop on the way back down which really had no purpose so, that could have been omited and the trip would have still be worth while. In fact, it would have allowed for more time in both Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen, a much better option. The coach we road in was nice but over crowded. There were 70+ people on this outing which was far too many. The number of guests made returning on time, to depart a location, a challenge as many were late. One group were at a different location than where the bus was parked which meant we needed to stop for them. If I had known there were so many guests I would have reconsidered as it is difficult to maintain a guided experience amongst so many. The guides however, were great under those circumstances and did their best to accomodate. In summary, the groups must be smaller by half, the stop in Interlaken is unnecessary and I would have liked information on the gondola trip up to Jungfrau when I book to assess the cost. This extra expense was $137.16 Cdn on top of the trip cost of $179.63 Cdn. and wasn't introduced until we were on the bus.

This was a great way to see three different villages in Switzerland. Our guides Renate and Aldopho were incredible and full of knowledge about the area. Our bus driver was amazing at navigating the curves of the mountainous area!

Not bad but not great. You are really just paying for transport to these towns towns with some very high level info on the way there. Biggest complaint is that the 45 person max in the description is a total lie…we had a fully packed double decker bus with 70 people onboard. I checked other reviews and this seems to be a common occurrence so the tour should really update the description if it’s not truly capped at 45. Separately, be aware they will provide you no water at all, but will offer to sell you water for 2 francs each…which is higher than you can get in the grocery. Lastly, the Interlaken stop is really just to try and push you to purchase from a chocolate shop and a luxury watch store as there isn’t enough time available to do anything else. Overall not bad, but you could easily just do this trip yourself via the highly efficient Swiss rail system.
