Ocho Rios: Ultimate Blue Hole & Dunn River Falls Adventure

Experience was good up until the end when i paid them $40 for pictures they took and they never emailed them like they were supposed to. I emailed the Blue Hole and they told me sorry unfortunately this is an ongoing issue that keeps happening to guests. not ok!

Great experience. We loved every piece of it. This was the first excursion we bought for Jamaica, and we were a little bit worried. The driver was very approachable and communicated every detail before we arrived (through email and text). The only downside I would complain about was that we were grouped with two other groups at Dunn's River Falls, and waited about 20 mins before their joins. This was completely unnecessary! The big group (like 20 people) downgraded the experience and we decided not to tip the tour guide or the videographer (who kept asking for tips and also buying their $40 video). Suggestions: (1) Make sure you have some changes for tips (for your driver). As a rule of thumb, we don't tip someone in the park who keeps asking for tips. (2) Avoid the shops in the Dunn's River Falls. (3) Bring a bottle of water with you while climbing. They don't provide water there.

What a great day!! The climb up Dunn’s falls was so awesome. Definitely wear closed toe water shoes - I wore my Tevas and hurt my toe. It was so beautiful. Our driver was awesome and waited on us so we were able to keep our items on the van that we didn’t need. The Blue Hole was our favorite. The water is incredibly blue. There are opportunities to jump from ledges - just do it! Negotiate picture prices. The pictures from the blue hole were worth it - Dunn’s river not so much.

Being back to the island only a few days after the parks opened after the Hurricane was unexpected. All of the locals were amazing and the 2 sites were well worth it. We had so much fun, took so many pictures, and just enjoyed ourselves. Even my 21 y/o son, who rarely travels with us, has an amazing time. Would to again without a doubt.

One of the best experience that I’ve had traveling a great guy, Craig helped us out getting to our destination. Every time and on time, Dunns River was amazing Beautiful scenery. I would definitely go back, but the best part is the blue hole. Water was cold at the time, but it was amazing, jumping off cliff and ropes kid friendly and ryan the tour guide at blue hole was funny and well spoken

Good experience. Mr. Kidd got us in and out with no wait. Good day on the falls and with a fun group.

It was an amazing trip. The guides were really good and caring. They catered really well to our large group of 13 ppl ages from 7 to 75. Everyone had a wonderful time

We had a great experience! Our tour guide Craig was very friendly and professional. And the tour agency helped us pick a less crowded day and time to go and it was perfect! Highly recommend!

Godfrey was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great trip. We were the first guests back at Dunne River Falls since the hurricane, and the first ones to go up the falls. We were the only ones from our cruise ship on the tour and since there was another ship docked that day, but came in later than us, Godfrey arranged separate transportation for us to go to the blue hole. That was excellent, and meant that we didn’t have to wait an extra hour at Dunn River Falls. Our next driver was also really great and took us to the blue hole. Be aware that some of the attractions of blue hole are not open, but this is because of hurricane Melissa.
