Unveil Blue Magic: Curaçao Liqueur Distillery Secrets

If you are from the cruise ship, you should definitely take this tour instead of the ships one because you get more time to spend at the distillery at your leisure. Of course, you need to be willing to be more adventurous as you would need to take a bus or a taxi or walk to get there. The tour itself is pretty simple. You will be told a bit about history and explained what is unique about the bottle. You also get to try 1 cocktail as part of the menu, which works out to be half the price of the ticket. Gift shop is pretty fun as well, and you can buy bottles of some of the non-exported liquors as well. Overall visit this location if you have time as part of your visit to Curacao.

Learned a surprising amount about this charming distillery and its history. Very surprised to learn that the Blue Curaçao in the tall bottles is not the real thing. It is very small, they still use a copper still from 1896. Highly recommend as a one to 2 hour experience. Free parking. Enjoyed the included cocktail. We went at Friday 3 pm tour, so it was a small group, no tour buses. Divided us into English and Dutch, each with own tour guide, about 8 per guide. Lots of opportunities to ask questions.

It is a well organized tour of the distillery with a lot of history about the product. It was great to have a drink at the end of the tour. We were able to sample a few of the products.

The tour was a wonderful experience that gave some history behind the distillery as well as information on how the Senor & Co came into existence. We were very surprised at how small the operation is and the care that goes into the product. The drinks were on point also and we picked up some nice bottles on the way. Super informative tour and very nice and wonderful staff. Dushi to all!

Our guide Gen was wonderful. She kept us engage and entertained. Amazing that they only make about 20,000 bottles a months. It was definitely a great way to learn about Curaçao the country and liquor. Would definitely recommend.

We had such a great time! It was nice even with 3 little kids with us (they loved the ice cream!). Our tour guide was amazing, she was so fun and interactive. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting. The tasty drinks were a bonus!

The tour was amazing and our tour guide, Eli, was the best! He was so friendly and knowledgeable and made the tour very interactive. My only complaint was that a sight seeing tour bus came in during our tour and they just brought their group right in where we were and the lady from the sightseeing company was so incredibly loud that we couldn't hear our guide and she really put a damper on things. Luckily she rushed her group through so we could enjoy the remainder of ours.

Informative to learn about the entire process NOT being owned by the locals, but way overpriced. Drinks were good but too much to have 2. Just a way to charge more.
