As far as service, guides and value for money goes - this was the best trip we did in El Calafate. Sylvester and Alejandro were the best. We had windy weather so couldn’t do the hike due to safety - but they made up for it by adding in extra viewpoints, teaching us so much about the park, and by making us feel so welcome. Alejandro - the driver - was so fun and friendly, even after a 700km drive. And I doubt there was anything about the park or geology that Sylvester didn’t know - we learned so much. And were in total awe that he could keep up that level of passion and energy after 12+ hours - while also repeating everything in Spanish and English! We feel very grateful to have been on their departure and for making us feel like family.

The drive was long but incredibly rewarding. Our guides, Silvestre and Alejandro, were incredibly friendly and clearly passionate about their work. The landscape was stunning and a pleasant surprise. I’m so glad we booked this trip.

Luckily the weather cooperated with us. This was a nice tour to see Torres de Paine. The drive there was long but our guide Sylvestre was great at telling us what to expect and details about Patagonia. Our driver and guide were great at all the lookouts and helped with pictures etc. it was a very long day but the mountains were awesome and so was the waterfall. It was well worth visiting

Our bus broke down and we had to wait two hours for the replacement. Despite that they still abided by the original program which was good. The main issue is that even despite the breakdown this program is very long. We left at 6:30AM and we're back at the hotel after 23:00. Our stops at TdP were great but we almost had to run through the stops..Would still recommend it though.

I couldn’t keep myself from commenting on the bus — it was very impressive, it looked almost like a truck! It was also extremely comfortable. The lunch was rich and satisfying as well. Our guides were very polite, helpful, and happy to take photos of us. The driver was very friendly too. Overall, the tour was a good experience. The views were amazing! The only negative, in my opinion, is that it was very tiring. We made too many stops and were getting on and off the bus multiple times. Perhaps they could reduce the number of stops and adjust the schedule so that we could have some time to rest. It lasted more than 15 hours, so fewer hours and fewer stops would make it less tiring and an even better overall experience.
