Mike our tour guide was great. It’s a great way to see the city in comfort of trolley on a really cold day. The boarding area has clean restrooms. The staff were very friendly.

The tour was great. We felt the person who did the talking was a little bland from past tours in other areas we have toured.

If weather allows, better to ride on the top of the double decker. If on bottom of double decker, higher side by windows best. Seating a little tight for those sitting side by side.
