Titanic exhibition was brilliant. Lots of interactive information inculding a ride looking at the building of the titanic. This was very comprehensive exhibition looking at every aspect of the titanic you could imagine. Some of the special effects were stunning. Id recommend anyone coming to belfast to see it.

Fantastic experience from how Belfast got to be a major port and obviously explained really well about how the titanic was built and what happened to it!

It's diverse cleverly thought out and informative. It was a mixture of videos, personal experiences from survivors

I appreciate I am somewhat in the minority, but this experience was not for me...from a museum curation point of view, I felt this missed the mark- it was both very focused on the 'flashier' side of things (interactive, ride based etc) which are all done extremely well- and do really bring things to life, but also using a lot of 'stand and read' type information with really large amounts to read/absorb...which is difficult both in a very crowded space, and when competing with the flashier exhibts around it. For me, the two felt in constant competition and left both sides feeling underserved. Which is a shame because it's clear there is such a volume of research and curation behind the museum. Just not one that (for me) worked from a historical understanding/museum experience way. For me, I also found the space extremely overwhelming and overstimulating. Despite going first thing, we were queuing to get into rooms from the start, extremely packed, which made viewing exhibits really difficult (great it's so popular, but more staggering the entrance, particularly, would help). In addition, the volume of noise/lights, etc., in every room made it extremely difficult to concentrate on reading/engaging with other exhibits. But also as an autistic person, I found the crowds and constant overwhelming noise/lights far too much to handle and actually wished I'd left sooner. It would be really great to see the musuem consider sensory needs fo neurodivergent people and perhaps have quieter hours via an access scheme as I feel I missed out on being able to engage with the museum because of this.

Very good Experience , we went early-ish at 10.30 so not to busy , but it did get busier later. You also get free access to the Titanic's tender 'The SS Nomadic' , which is also a must.

Not much around the museum in the way of cafes, bars or restaurants. You have to go "over the bridge" for that! We did Belfast City, troubles and stories and our guide said they are starting to build in that area. Belfast, like Manchester is in development and will be unrecognisable in 10 years time. Go now and take in the vibes.
