UGHHH. First the bus we went on broke down after going to just a few stops. We were stuck sitting on the bus not knowing what was going on for 45 minutes. Finally, the bus was fixed, but had planned to pass a few stops on the tour so that the bus could get back on scheduled. The was a huge problem if the bus skipped stops. The stop we were waiting to gwt off on was one of the stops the driver planned to skip. The bus driver was able to have another bus take us to the stop we wanted. So we wasted more time switching busses. Having an amazing lunch at Abbey Cafe and seeing Abby Road is the only reason I gave two stars instead of one. After finishing the blue line, we jumped onto the red line so we could see the sights on the green line. It was getting late so we were excited we had enough time to go on the green line loop according to city sightseeing Tours app. We walked quickly over the bridge to get to the green line bus stop on time with my 80 year old parents in tow. Upon our arrival at the bus stop. My family and I waitef for 20 minutes for the green line bus that was 10 minutes away. I asked another bus driver to help me out to make sure I am reading the app correctly. He said there should not be a green line bus on the map. He called his boss and he told us that it was a glitch in their website. He said a bus would show up in 50 minutes. We could not stand there for over an hour in total. The city sightseeing bus tour ends at 17:00 hours which would shut down before we could go from the green line to the red line bus to get off near our apartment. It was very disappointing. If a company has an app that in the booking states to use for locating the stops and busses, how do they not warn you their are glitches in the system. In additon , I am very unhappy about how much time was wasted by the company. The bus company caused my family to miss part of the tour listed. Not being able to go on the last tour section was a very big disappointment.

We had a great time. The weather was sunny and we took a great photos of town while on the bus and later went for a complimentary drink. Very good experience!

Bus was hard to locate, there are no maps provided to help locate the stops. We found a picture shared by a prior guest with the map. Help information only provided hours, not stops. When I called for help I was told to find a travel office.

First of all, there is zero accuracy in the bus arrival times quoted on the app or by the employees. Every 24 minutes my foot! Plus I think there are only like 3 red HOHO buses total yet we saw countless green buses that offer same service. The app will tell you these buses are 2 minutes away…then jump to 15 mins…then 2 seconds…then 2 minutes. Oiy vey. Pack plenty of patience if you buy passes with this company.
