We had an incredible time on The Agave Experience Tequila Tour! Our guide, Andrea, was amazing — she explained every step of the tequila-making process with such detail that we left feeling like experts. The tasting experience was excellent, and she even stopped in the agave fields so we could take some great photos. Andrea also took us to a few great local spots where the food was amazing, and we got to visit the viral bar where drinks are served in clay cups. Visiting the town of Tequila itself was another highlight, especially since there was a red-carpet event happening that added a unique local flair to the day. Overall, this tour was the highlight of our trip to Guadalajara. We learned a a lot of tequilas, had a ton of fun, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience real Jalisco culture and the heart of tequila production.

This was a great way to spend a day. From being picked up at a hotel that wasn't on their list, to realizing that there were only 3 of us on the tour in addition to the driver, to the excellent breakfast to the choices of distilleries (one of which I had already tried their tequila so was very excited to visit where it was made. We also stopped in Tequila town for dinner (at our own expense) and a little shopping and then hit an open air bar before heading back to the hotel. Great value for money and Mariana was awesome as our host.

The tour was awesome. Andrea picked us up in a luxurious Lincoln Van and took us to a nice place for a good breakfast. The two destilleries were very impressive, and we learned a lot. She knows so much about Tequila and the art of processing and tasting (she studied food science at University!). We were a small group of four. We were able to Take nice pictures and even stopped at a picturesque tequila field for some nice pictures. At the end our last stop Was in "Tequila" and Andrea showed us this beautiful town and took us to some authentic mexican Bars. We also had some free time to walk around and buy some Souvenirs and discover the town by ourselves. It might be a little more expensive than other tours, but it was definitively worth it!

I cannot say enough good things about our Tequila tour with Andrea. She is an incredible guide… very friendly, accommodating, and engaging! We had a fun day and received a detailed education in all things tequila. I appreciated the small-group size as well as the boutique distilleries. Take this tour!!

Andrea was great. Very knowledgeable! She took us to two small Mexican owned distilleries and explained the whole process.

This experience was amazing! Michelle was a fantastic host and really great and explaining the tequila process. We had a lot of fun as a group of 5 and would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a private experience with their group !
