Breathtaking Torres del Paine: First-Class Patagonia Day

Great full day trip to Torres Del Paine. This tour specifically allowed for seeing many of the highlights of the park. The guide was friendly and well informed. Even the two plus hour drives to and from the park were incredibly scenic. Highly recommend this tour.

Torres del Paine is spectacular and huge...so definitely a must see...that's why I rated it a 4. The tour operator was Patagonia Planet and I was less impressed by them. The driver was very good...the guide was okay...but there was an issue with the bus so our lunch break...which we were told was an hour and a half (an hour would have been sufficient) turned into a 3 hour ordeal while we waited for a new bus to arrive. So that was disappointing. Also, along the way, we picked up random people with no explanation given. I would suggest that if you book this tour, that you vet the actual tour operator.

Weather can be extremely variable in a single day as was the case with us but that is the nature of the climate - don’t expect clear blue skies ALL day! Luis the driver & Juan Paulo our guide were excellent.

Great day fabulous guides and driver super packed lunch of smoked salmon and lettuce unfortunately at the lunch stop the mini bus broke down we had to wait for replacements

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great tour, but some communication issues Overall, this was a wonderful experience. Patagonia is absolutely stunning, and our tour guide did an excellent job throughout the day. The scenery alone makes this trip worthwhile, and the guide’s enthusiasm and knowledge added a lot to the experience. What kept me from giving a full five stars were a few issues with communication and logistics. The listing stated a maximum of 18 passengers, but our group had 21. The van was quite small, and we were very cramped for the long drive. It would be helpful if the tour operator provided accurate capacity information upfront. Additionally, we were not informed ahead of time that there wouldn’t be a proper stop to buy food. Our only option was a $30 lunch bag that included a cold smoked salmon sandwich that had been unrefrigerated for several hours. We ended up wasting money because we weren’t comfortable eating it. Clear guidance about food options in advance would have made a big difference. Finally, I never received a confirmation email or message. I had to reach out via WhatsApp the night before to make sure the tour was still happening. Despite these issues, the guide was great and the place itself is breathtaking. With better communication and more transparency from the operator, this would easily be a five-star experience.

We had an amazing day touring the national park with our guide Jonathan and driver Eduardo. They made sure we all enjoyed the views, didn't rush us at any point and readily took our pics. They picked us up from our hotel that was not on their list and communicated very clearly before and during the tour. We highly recommend it.

The tour with Eduardo and Sophia was great. Thanks them we had a very lovely day. Eduardo is a super good driver and always takes care that the people feel comfortable. Also Sophia is a really good guide and helps wherever she can. We can recommend thus tour a lot and hipe you can have the same good experience as we had.

Trip to Torres Del Paine was good just be aware the roads in the park are pretty rough and there are plenty of speeding tour buses. We had rented a car from Econorent in Puerto Natales and check-in was good and car was fine . We had taken lots of photos of existing damage to car including a large stone chip in the windscreen which hadn’t been repaired. On our return we were pleased we had no additional damage despite the roads however an unpleasant person inspecting the car pointed out all sorts of things which fortunately we had photos for including the large stone chip. He then proceeded to show us tiny stone chips in the screen which he said were too much despite being so small and there were no new paint chips on the bonnet? Anyway few days later we were charged $565 for new windscreen, I would be very wary of using this agent as I suspect the person who chipped the windscreen originally was also charged for a windscreen and it’s possible next driver will also be charged - potential scam beware

Wonderful tour of Torres del Paine. The scenery was amazing & our guide Ana was very informative. We had the chance to do a little hike on the beach to view an iceberg which was enjoyable.
