Excellent time with Mahmoud! He’s very knowledgable and introduces you to his hometown with passion. I loved every stop and every explanation. After lunch we had tea at a local coffee shop. I felt like a true local.

The tour guide was nice, but the guide and information provided kind of felt brief and rushed, and I had to keep asking for more time at each place (the actual total “tour time” excluding lunch and the car ride was just around 3 hours), as if the tour guide really wanted to go home. Besides, even though I booked a private tour, the car for the transfer was not in a good condition, not even remotely close to “vehicles of the newest models” as they advertised. But at least the driver was punctual and quite friendly. Another minor things is that bottled water was not provided as mentioned. But overall, I think it’s still worth the 6-hour car ride to get see Alexandria.

My experience was fabulous with Viator. Value for money, best experience and super comfortable. I will suggest Viator to everyone.

Our guide Ahmed was knowledgeable. There was no force selling, driver didn’t ask for tips. After all We still tip him since he was trying to do a good job by providing good service.

The driver and the guide did not know that the Library closes at 2pm. So, we could not see it from inside. A little disappointed. The tour was good.
