Cairo Pyramids Flight: Ultimate Day Tour from Red Sea

A long day, but well worth it for the experience. Early morning flight to Cairo on a propeller plane (bit of an experience!) we were then picked up and taken to meet our tour guide Fahme who was brilliant throughout the day. Boat trip on The Nile, museum visit, lunch and then on to Pyramids and Sphinx. We did the optional horse and cart ride and our guide took amazing photos for us. A couple of sales pitches throughout the day, but it all added to the experience. Would highly recommend the trip. Could maybe have been given better instructions for the airports as it wasn’t easy to navigate, but all in all we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Excellent trip. Easy transfer to the airport and through security, flight no problem. Pick up at airport a little delayed but our driver was superb & the tour guide, Fahmi, so incredibly knowledgeable, interesting and friendly. Long day but well worth it 😊

Excellent tour guide (George) very knowledgeable! Main point for this tour is the fact that you are trying to cram too much into a day that involves getting to the airport in time for return flight. If the flight in the morning was around 6am as it is a lot of time, it would probably be a more relaxing experience. As our flight did not land in Cairo till 1030 in the morning and having to contend with the traffic in Cairo, we felt rushed around the whole day.

Highly recommend, amazing experience. Our guide Fahme was fabulous, he had so much knowledge and was very accommodating. Everything was so organised from picking up to drop off.

The communication prior to the tour was awful. Ignored my messages, changed our pick up time 3 times the day before our tour Also changed our flights & 2nd set of information didn't have flight numbers. Pick up ended up being 45 minutes after the arranged time as driver went to wrong hotel. Trying to communicate on WhatsApp was a nightmare, kept asking for flight numbers which we didn't have. Also messaged us in German & Arabic which we don't speak. Guide was good fun & knowledgeable. Felt safe with the driver too. Lunch was poor, no labels on food so no idea what things were. Food was luke warm. Avoided drinks as they were a rip off. Great to see the pyramids & the Nile cruise was good too. Tour let down by trips to papyrus place, walked out after the sales pitch. Same with being taken to oil & perfume place. Would prefer to have arrived back at the hotel 2 hours earlier than be taken to these scams.

Excellent excursion with Ahmed, guide, and Mustafa, driver. Seamless day for our group of 6 (including wheelchair user).

Mr Fahmy was a great guide and gave us enough time to see the most imporant sites. The program was chosen well to cover as much as possible in such a short time.

HONEST FAMILY REVIEW hope this helps To start with constant and well informed contact with whats app group very re-assuring Easy transfer from hotel to airport ,Flew from Hurghada to Cairo, nice easy flight with Egypt air for both older companion and kids. Everything on time.. Fantastic welcome from the one and only Mr Fahmy,made sure all of the group was together. Took us through the day of what was going to happen,arranged the day informing us the museum was open later hours on this particle day so longer at the other sites. Cold water in the van for everyone making sure kids were well hydrated (and fed thanks for the fruit) At no point was any one pressured into rides or the up sell of things or time pressure to keep moving, it was all at what the group wanted to do some went one way ,some went another.... Mr Fahmy made sure every one was safe(NO MONKEY BUSINESS) Questions and answers were given from everyone ,including involving the kids (testing them during the day of what he had taught them great touch) Lunch was good couple of vegetarian people in the group catered for for (you have to pay for you drinks at the restaurant this is normal practice) Nile boat ride Again Mr Fahmy made sure everyone was involved picture taking assistance like he had helped everybody at the pyramids, no one left out.. Museum amazing you do need a life time inside to appreciate what is there. Driver was awesome great team together that's some crazy traffic pointing out things as we go. NOTE.its a long day eat your breakfast take a snack and some extra water and leave a nice tip for your driver and guide they are worth it.. Thank you Mr Fahmy and driver we will return thanks to your amazing knowledge.. NO MORE MONKEY BUSINESS

We loved everything about this trip! We were picked up from the hotel, taken to the airport, then 1 hr to Cairo. We then were picked up by a very friendly guide and we drove through Cairo to river of Nile. Afterwards we had a delicious lunch, and went to see the pyramids. We were in a small group, with three more people, we didn’t have to queue. Afterward we went to the grand Egyptian museum, had some free time to explore. We then stopped at the papyrus factory and were taken back to the airport. Loved everything minute of it, and we highly recommend it to everyone! 😊
