Ike was amazing, very entertaining and informative. He completely made the trip. The whole experience was seamless and well organised from his amazing English to the perfect timing of all the transportation I would definitely recommend this service to anyway wanting a tour.

Our Tour guide Ken was fantastic. He had thought through every minute detail of the trip and this made the whole experience fantastic and memorable. Bus and taxi drivers were great. To top it all off Fuji San blessed us.

Great way to see Mt Fuji and Anju the guide was fantastic. One area improvement is a little more structure during free time of what there is to see and do in town would have been helpful.

Mayumi was a wonderful guide and took us all around, the service was warm and informative, we highly recommend the tour! The view of Fuji was amazing from the lake and getting to go on Fuji was incredible.

Mayumi was an excellent guide! She made our day one of the best in Japan. She was extremely conscientious - she stayed with us to make sure that each event occurred without any issue and communicated our schedule at every point. We were always prepared for what to expect and our meeting times were clear. Mayumi was very friendly and informative. We would highly recommend this tour and we highly recommend Mayumi as a tour guide.

Mayumi was our guide on this trip and was an absolute delight! Very relaxing and beautiful day that allowed us to see the true beauty and wonder of Mt. Fuji and the local area. Lake Kawaguchiko boat ride ended up being one of my favorite parts of the trip. Having an outdoor view on the lake of Mt. Fuji was very special.

- The departing and returning buses are different, so you will not be able to store your luggage on the bus.

- There are ~2.5 hours of free time for customers to ride the excursion ship and explore the Kawaguchi area on their own without a guide.
- If the Boat cannot be boarded due to weather, traffic, etc. you will be taken to alternative facilities around the Lake Kawaguchi Area. Refunds will not be offered in this instance.
- If the 5th Station is unreachable due to road closures, traffic, or safety reasons, we will pivot to the Mt. Fuji Heritage Center or Oshino Hakkai, an idyllic town with great views of Mt. Fuji and eight lakes formed from Fuji's pristine spring water.
