Wild Everglades Airboat Safari: Untamed Nature Adventure

Starts late at 1:30PM and ride is about 80 minutes that cuts your time for activities. All these discrepancies affect your experience.

good experience, but the transfer to the everglades was not ok, bad driver, bad sound was difficult to hear the information about the points in Miami.

Our boat captain was amazing. Very knowledgeable about the wildlife and the glades. Tour was not as long as we expected which was a bit of a bummer but other than that it was perfect. Seen big ol gator

We ended up not leaving till 230 due to the bus not arriving, which was not the company’s fault it was due to an accident on 95. Seeing the Everglades was amazing but due to being late we were not able to experience any food on site, we saw one gator and saw the baby gator up close. Would I do it again? Probably not

Very nice trip, you can see some birds and the view is beautiful. After the trip on the boat you can see some alligator on thd conservation area. I recommend it!

Great experience. Staff was super friendly and helpful... Super fun. Loved the animals. Air boar was a blast.

Unfortunately, we didn't see any crocodiles in the wild because the water level was high and the weather was windy. We saw them later at the exhibit. But it was a lot of fun to ride the boat. Don't bring caps or hats because they fly off when the boat is going fast.

We had an amazing time! Do not be discouraged by the negative reviews. We’ve wanted to do a fan boat ride in Everglades for years, and today we did it. Couldn’t ask for a smoother, better trip. We did not see in alligators in the wild, but that is the way it goes sometimes. Our captain said it was most likely the wind. But we still enjoyed the boat ride. It is loud and husband wished we had brought ear plugs. So that is my suggestion to you. All staff interactions were wonderful. We tip well for good service and are happy to do it.

The trip itself was enjoyable, but the experience with Miami Double Decker (miamitours.com) was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I had booked the 9:00 AM tour, but when I realized I was running late, I called the company for guidance. They told me the tour had been rescheduled to 1:00 PM, which seemed fine at the time — so I changed plans and went to the new location. When I arrived for the 1:00 PM tour, I was suddenly told I had to pay an extra $15 per person. I explained that no one mentioned this charge during my phone call earlier, but they completely denied ever speaking with me! To make things worse, the 1:00 PM tour didn't even leave until 1:30 PM — which means the 9:00 AM tour probably wouldn’t have left until 9:30 AM. If they had told me the actual departure time in the morning, I could have made it to the original tour. The lack of communication, hidden fees, and refusal to take responsibility made for a terrible customer service experience. I strongly recommend booking with a more professional and transparent tour operator. Avoid Miami Double Decker.

Everything was great, we left on time, everything was perfect, the driver was very nice, the double-decker bus was very comfortable, and had air conditioning. We saw two crocodiles while swimming, which was a huge pleasure, and the bonus was that we were able to hold and take a photo with a baby crocodile, and we even tried a crocodile taco cafe 😎🤓… Overall, the experience was unforgettable… We left at 9:00 am and returned at 1:20 pm. Everything was very worthwhile and pleasant, and most importantly, the price for this experience was worth it.
