I had an amazing day exploring Guadalajara! The city is full of history and great energy. Our guide, Fernando, was outstanding—knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about sharing the local culture. Thanks to Fernando, I felt like I experienced the real Guadalajara. Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting the area!

Captivating our attention with so much history but made it easier to remember with personal reference.

Having been on walking tours in various countries, my husband and I agree that Fernando's tour was one of the best. Thank goodness the tour was not a boring review of one after another church but rather a smattering of religious, political and artistic sites. Fernando is smart, well-informed and passionate. He did not whitewash some unpleasant realities such as protestors outside government buildings yet his explanations could not be interpreted as one-sided. We particularly enjoyed the way he introduced the Orozco murals by allowing us to first experience before instructing. My only suggestion is that he make an effort to be more recognizable for the meetup- perhaps with a logo on his backpack/shirt/ hat.

Our tour guide, Fernando, was en excellent tour guide. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. We bagan at the main plaza in front of the catedral of Guadalajara and Government palace. He explained the history of the founding of Guadalajara's city, and how it was built. We then went to the cathedral and toured inside followed by a walk to the DeGollado Theater to admite the architecture and a bit of rest. We then proceeded through the Hospice Cabañas for the Murals from Orozco, one of the most important artists from Guadalajara. He gave very informative insight into Orozco’s murals. It’s impressive. Overall, I highly recommend this tour.
