Epic Barcelona Bike Tour: Half-Day City & Coastal Adventure

Wonderful bike tour around the Barcelona highlights. Great way to see the sights and neighborhoods. Guide was great. Highly recommend.

The tour was a great way to spend our first morning in Barcelona. Seeing so much of the city and learning about its history really inspired how we'll spend the next couple of days. Our guide was awesome, really personable and laid back whilst staying professional, 5 stars! Would recommend to anyone who is visiting Barcelona and enjoys riding a bike. The roads are busy but cycle lanes are clearly marked and the drivers seems respectful (not like in the UK) so it's not scary!

Disappointed as I did a bike tour previously which was informative. Unfortunately, our guide Thomas is new to Barcelona and lacked knowing the sites previously seen. Went past or missed sites previously toured. Tour felt at times like we were doing a 3rd grade school outing with the teacher. I would grade this a C, maybe a D.

Wee have done city bike tours all around the world, this was the most disappointing. It started with poor communication. I emailed them to ask what happens if it rains, no response. At the last minute they changed the meeting location, I got confused and went to the wrong place, but nobody replied to my question for confirmation. Although they did offer helmets, they say nobody wears them, so we declined. Luckily we were not injured but one woman on our tour was almost hit by a car when she went through a red light when trying to keep up with our guide. Although we were only 3 couples on the tour, at least 50% of the time we did not all stay together at intersections, getting separated at lights. On several occasions I felt very unsafe on the busy confusing roads. Our guide was very nice, but he has only lived in Spain for 3 years and his background/schooling is not in tourism. One fellow in our group had a bike with a chain that kept falling off. We were told they knew it was faulty before sending it out on tour. We love city bike tours as a way to get to know the city, but it's tough to recommend this one.

We didn’t do the afternoon tour we did the evening tour, and we loved it! Our tour guide Alvaro was great. He was very engaging and was very knowledgeable about the places that we went to see. I would highly recommend this bike tour. We used the same company when we were in Paris.

We LOVE doing Fat Tire tours when we travel, it’s our favorite way get the lay of a new city. We did a Tour with Alvaro earlier this week and we had SUCH a good experience. He is funny, knowledgeable, relatable, friendly and fun. Don’t let his jovial personality fool you, he is an absolute wealth of information. And kind of an Art Nerd ;) Thank you guys - I’ve forgotten your name, but the lovely Irish fellow on the office is a gem, too. We’ll definitely refer folks to you all and we will be back for another.

My husband and I enjoyed this immensely. Riding was easy and the information was interesting and fun. Would definitely recommend

We had such a great time in our tour guide really made it so enjoyable. Angie, our tour guide was engaging and very knowledgeable. She shared lots of extra details that might not be on another similar type bike tour. Would highly recommend and we definitely do it again. What a great way to see Barcelona.
