I had a fantastic experience with my guide, Alexandra, and driver, Stefano. Alexandra was incredibly helpful throughout my visit — she shared great suggestions that made my trip smooth and enjoyable, including excellent lunch and dinner recommendations. She provided all the information I needed and made sure I felt supported along the way. And our drive was also smooth and good with Stefano Overall, they made my time here truly memorable. I highly recommend them

It’s a bit of a walk to get to the attraction so those who may have difficulty walking on uneven surfaces be advised. The tour itself is great and the guides are almost. Full of knowledge.

Easy to get to departure point. Good bus. Be prepared for a 1km approx walk to the Tower. The guide was informative and pleasant. Had some free time also so had a chance to climb the Tower. Would recommend your but be aware of the walk.

I took the afternoon excursion to Pisa from Florence, and it was a wonderful experience overall. The bus ride was comfortable and scenic — about an hour each way — and our guide Alexandria shared interesting facts about the Tuscan countryside along the route. Once we arrived, we had an independent walk through the Piazza dei Miracoli, which was beautiful. Seeing the Leaning Tower in person was even more impressive than I expected! The timing was well-organized — enough time for photos, a quick gelato, and browsing souvenirs. It’s a perfect option if you’re short on time in Florence and want to see Pisa without planning the logistics yourself. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a hassle-free way to check the Leaning Tower off their Italy bucket list!

The shuttle is a bit hard to find, but convenient way to get to Pisa. A bit of a walk from the bus to Pisa, but not too bad. Our tour guide once inside Pisa was amazing! I forgot her name!

The perfect afternoon trip to Pisa! The pick-up location was very easy to find and the tour guide was very friendly and informative. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone.

- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
