We loved it. Only thing was that it canceled for Dec 13th we planned on riding it another day for are 24 hrs pass. Candice was bad driver she was a 10 put of a 10

You are able to see a good overview of Chicago and then decide where you want to spend your time thereafter.

Candace was exceptional. She was very knowledgeable and spoke clearly. Her playful personality made the tour very enjoyable.

Easy way to get around and see the city. The app gives you a general idea where the buses are so you can time your stops and reboarding.

It's was very informative staff wasn't friendly at all. They came off rude to some passengers that spoke differently. I didn't like how they treat them. When asking questions thet were kind of rude, kinda what you want now situation.This experience from beginning to end should have been a memorable experience to tell people it was ok to me.

Excellent way to get around Chicago. All the staff were very polite, helpful and informative but one staff member stood out the most for me and that was Candice. She was a very informative and has a fantastic bubbly personality. She had to deal with a very rude French Man on our bus and handled the whole situation in a very professional manner. Highly recommended this bus company.

The viator app and email was troublesome and cumbersome, but when we got it figured it out, it was smooth sailing! Had a great time to learn some stuff about Chicago.

We love the Big Bus for easy on and off around the city. Candace was a fabulous guide on our last trip. Great history of the city and fun stories throughout the ride.

It’s a great way to get around town see other sites and learn some history about Chicago. Our favorite drivers were the ones that gave extra information in addition to the recording. We especially enjoyed Donnie the driver we had a few times.
