Snow is very friendly and helpful. She give me a lot of information about Shanghai. The driver is also very polite. Lunch is good. Five stars.

We had a wonderful day exploring both Shanghai city highlights and Zhujiajiao Water Town with our guide, Queena. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and very attentive throughout the tour. We visited the Shanghai Tower, Yu Garden, and The Bund, and later enjoyed a relaxing boat ride through the beautiful canals of Zhujiajiao. The lunch was delicious as well. Overall, it was a perfect experience and we highly recommend Queena and this tour! She had superb English and her enthusiasm was the best! 10/10

Unique experience with a very professional guide; Jane took us in the most inportant sites in Shangai and was flexible to adapt the tour to our requests. The visit of Zhujiajiao Water Town was also a unique experience, started with delicious local food lunch, then the quiet garden, then the boat tour… Jane accompanied us in the different spots giving us artistic and historical explanations which helped un understanding the local culture

If you’re looking for a truly authentic experience away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you must visit the Zhujiajiao water town. There’s plenty of small shops and food options along both sides of the canal. We also visited a beautiful garden, took a relaxing boat ride, and enjoyed a comforting homestyle lunch. Our excellent tour guide Xin was both kind and knowledgeable and tailored our tour to our preferences. We also recommend the rest of the itinerary although we tweaked ours because we had previously visited these sites earlier during our visit to Shanghai. This tour pretty much hits all the highlights of Shanghai in one day. We highly recommend this tour!
