Easy to locate our guide, very knowledgeable and passionate about the museum. Spoke English very well. We needed to depart the group earlier and our guide arranged the tour to see the high points so we did not miss out.

We had Pierre as our English speaking guide. He is a very knowledgeable guide sharing essential information of the artworks/ sculptures. With the long 3 hours tour, Pierre would keep us engaged by asking us questions or throwing some funny jokes. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour. It would have been a struggle to navigate the Louvre museum without Pierre.

Great experience with great information and the way the discussion tied into modern history was great.

Our tour with Hugo was one of the absolute highlights of our Paris trip. He began by giving us the history of Paris and the Louvre, which immediately helped us understand the museum in a deeper way. I really appreciated that he didn’t jump straight into the highlights — he set the stage with context and storytelling that made everything more meaningful. Hugo is incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and engaging. His explanations of the artworks, the artists, and the historical background were clear, memorable, and full of energy. You can tell he truly loves what he does. Just a small note for future guests: although the tour is listed as 2.5 hours, the first 30 minutes include security, coat check, and entry. The actual guided portion is about 2 hours. We honestly wished it lasted longer because Hugo was that good! We highly recommend Hugo. If you want a tour that is informative, captivating, and delivered by someone who genuinely cares about the experience, he’s the guide to choose.

Louvre was an amazing place to visit, our guide was great and kept us moving and together. On a negative note, was just the number of people in Le Louvre, but I suppose that is to be expected.

The tour was great. Didn’t have to wait in line to enter the museum. Pierre our tour guide was the best. He took an extra 10m to showed us some really important paintings that we probably would have missed. An amazing overall experience.

• PLEASE NOTE! THE MEETING POINT IS NOT LOCATED AT THE ENTRANCE TO THE LOUVRE! Meet our City Wonders representative, dressed in blue attire, beside the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel. This prominent arch features a horse-drawn chariot on top. To locate it, stand with your back to the entrance of the Louvre Pyramid, and you will spot it across the road, just before the entrance to the Tuileries Garden. Our coordinators, dressed in blue attire, will be standing to the left of the Arc, along the wall railing. • Please be at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure • Only small bags are allowed in the museum • We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any impairments requiring special assistance. We are also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages on our group tours. • Please be aware that all visitors to the Louvre Museums must pass security before entering the museums. While we use a separate Skip the Line group entrance here, it is still often necessary to queue to pass security – albeit a shorter queue. • Please note that parties of 7 or more people may be split in different groups on the day of the tour at the meeting point. • Gratuities for your guide that provided excellent service are appreciated! • To comply with museum regulations, please be prepared to present an ID card for children below 18 years of age. • If you selected the "upgrade" option for wine tasting, your tour will finish at Ô Chateau Wine Bar - 68 Rue Jean Jacques Rousseau - 75001 Paris.
