We had a great experience with the hop-on hop-off bus in Rome. The service was excellent every single day. Staff were always helpful, friendly, and smiling, which made the whole experience even better. We booked the 72-hour tickets for our family of five, and it was absolutely worth it. The buses were convenient, the routes were well planned, and it made getting around Rome’s main attractions very easy and stress-free. Overall, a wonderful experience that we would happily recommend!

This was the winter route so the stops may have been a little farther apart. But they partnered with another system that had 4 extra stops. This closed the gap on some areas but this bus only ran on the hour so there was a longer wait time between pickups. Still it was a good value. We had 72 hours so we were able tour Rome sites very well.

The one day we were supposed to use hop on hop off bus it was not circulating due to marathon for hours we lost half a day I really wish this was posted on date I purchased had to pay for Ubers because they just were not coming to stops we kept going to different stops and nothing to waste of my money

Very entertaining experience and good audio tour. You get an overall idea of the main areas and monuments.

We went for the guided tour. The guide was excellent. Extremely knowledgeable and wealth of experience. It is worth listening to other guides before the tour otherwise it’s a bit of an “information overload” Lots and lots of Roman history! It’s worth swatting up before the tour so you can answer all the questions on the test at the end.

Few buses compared to its competitor. Difficult to locate bus stop even using the app. Clean buses and safe drivers.

Traffic in Rome is so crazy that the bus went only about 6 stops in one hour! We finally got off and walked all over. The headphones are very inexpensive so half the time it didn't work very well and we couldn't understand that much. We've taken HoHo tours in many cities and they have always been enjoyable. The day was very pleasant but they had the roof on so unless you were sitting right on the side, you couldn't see any of the sights. Very disappointing

Excellent way to see the city. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We travelled with a wheelchair and there was a dedicated space for it.

Unfriendly staff and uncomfortable ride, the route was fine but the plastic benches very hard and slippery, cushioning needed

Good hop on hop off tour. The price for the ticket was very good. The bus takes you through different parts of Rome.

- Rome Municipality Authority may impose new regulations and restricted access for all hop-on hop-off tours in the city of Rome without warning. It could impact the number of stops available and/or your journey on this tour; the exact itinerary will be advised on the day of travel
- On Sundays and selected public holidays (Easter) traffic might be restricted in certain areas of Rome. Stops affected frequently include Colosseo or Circo Massimo
- Wheelchair accessible (lower level only); electric wheelchairs cannot be accommodated for technical reasons. The most accessible boarding point is Via Marsala (Termini Station)
