Mary was a great tour guide! She was knowledgeable, friendly and funny. The skip the line access made the experience more enjoyable and saved more time for the most important parts of the tour.

Although the Vatican buildings were very busy we had a great time with our guide, Amy. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. She struck just the right balance between giving information and injecting humour into the tour which made the time fly past. Thank you, Amy, for enhancing our experience.

Great tour. Sylvia was our guide and she was fantastic. Very easy to understand and was very knowledgeable about the Vatican and all the things she was telling us. She did a good job of keeping the group together which is not easy when it is so busy. Overall a very good experience

The Vatican museum tour was great. Tour guide was very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond control, the St. Peter’s Basilica portion was cancelled, but the tour guide made up for it by extending the museum tour. Only complaint was the tourist crowds- apparently, high season isn’t over.

Brilliant tour our guide was very knowledgeable, we climbed the dome in St Peters what a view definitely recommend.

This was a great experience! Our tour guide was very friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual. I love that we didn't wait for stragglers and immediately toured the Vatican museums. I love that our tour guide gave us the option to continue with him to the Basilica or to split off and do our own thing. We'd seen the Basilica already, so we split off without issue. The ability to skip the line at the museums was also great. That entry line was easily thousands of people long.

Had a good time at the museum, but the rest of the tour was canceled and they had enough time to let us know. The Royal family was in town and they were gonna shut down the rest of the tour they did offer a refund but from dollars to euros, it wasn't adding up the guide was great. We loved her. She was very talkative gave amazing affirmation. The sound system was great but was very disappointed with to to not being what it was promised

It is an excellent overview of the Vatican Museums, with a visit to the Sistine Chapel. We did not get the tour of the Basilica because of a special mass. Instead we saw the Raphael rooms. Very impressive. Our guide was excellent. Her name was “Amy”. She was very informative and knowledgeable. She kept the tour very lively and entertaining. Just too much to see in one tour.

Our tour guide, Giorgio, was quite literally one of the best tour guides I have ever seen. Would personally request him if I ever did this again.

Easy directions to meeting place; on time start; very knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly tour guide; had just the right amount of time to have an enjoyable tour

- St Peter’s Basilica & Sistine Chapel are subject to last-minute closures for religious ceremonies. When this occurs, we're happy to offer customers an extended tour of the Vatican Museums. While we endeavour to tell tour groups ahead of time if there are any planned disruptions to the Basilica's opening hours, this is not always possible and in these cases we are unable to provide refunds or discounts.
- On Wednesday mornings, access to St. Peter’s Basilica is not included due to the Papal Audience. Entry is only possible after 1:00 PM.
