Booked months ahead but due to expected bad weather the flight was cancelled 2 days before. Rebooked easily. Very efficient. Very friendly staff. Good commentary. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing! The best views of the city. Also very informative. The pilot talked to us about the city and certain land marks as we flew over. So much fun!

This was one of the best things I have ever done. We booked this for 4:45pm and it was incredible, we seen manhattan, Statue of Liberty with lovely sunset and the new york lights and our pilot was very pleasant! would totally recommend

Our pilot was amazing with lots of information . I ended up in the middle and the person next to me kept holding onto the hook on the roof so I could not see to great ,

Fantastic way to see New Yorks landmarks from the air. Very smooth operation and felt in good hands. Only negative was the additional $120 when we got to the Helipad. This was not made clear when initial booking.

It was great and the customer service was amazing.as we had to change the date due to bad weather conditions but they emailed us with other date options.

Your crammed in a helicopter with other people. Hopefully you don’t get the middle seat. I would still recommend if you got window seat.

- A valid government-issued photo ID (passport or driver’s license) is required at check-in. Passengers without ID will not be permitted to fly and no refund will be issued.
- Children aged 2 and over must have their own seat and pay the full fare.
- Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled flight, or 45 minutes if traveling after 4:00 PM due to traffic.
- You may fly anytime between your check-in and flight time.
- All passengers must complete security screening before entering the building.
- Seating is arranged according to weight for safety. Passengers over 275 lbs (124 kg) must purchase an additional seat.
- A rebooking fee will apply for changes made within 24 hours of your flight or for missed flights. Missed flights are considered a no-show and are non-refundable.
- Flights may be canceled if minimum requirements are not met; in such cases, you will be offered an alternative flight or a full refund.
- No parking is available on site; please plan accordingly.
- Sunset views are not guaranteed.

If your voucher DOES NOT have a specific departure time listed your seat is not guaranteed until you have called to make your booking.
