Luis was a very knowledgeable and nice guide. The Dali museum was larger/nicer than expected. Girona was pretty and nice. Lovely tour.

Luis picked us up from our VRBO in a comfortable van and was welcoming and friendly from the start. He was an informative and engaging guide for the Dali museum and made the entry process easy. Would recommend if you are looking for a fun semi-private tour.

Lovely day out of Barcelona! Flawless pick up/drop off at our hotel. Our guide was very knowledgeable and communicated well. I thought I was booking a tour of Costa Brava to see beaches and cliffs. The hotel front desk sold me this tour, saying I could see Dali museum, too, for a bit more. Once I got over the fact that I wasn’t going to beaches, I enjoyed this day. I’m now a Dali fan after touring the museum! Such a cool place. And Mateo’s commentary/guiding added greatly to our experience. Love the town of Figerues. I easily could have spent another day in Girona. There’s a lot there. This tour is a nice overview and I must return! Overall, I had a wonderful day. (My phone is only displaying four stars so can’t choose five)

We toured the Dali Museum in Figueres first, about an hour and forty minutes outside of Barcelona. We were there right when the museum opened at 10:30 am and it was packed. Our guide Marcelo walked around with us for forty five minutes or so and then let us wander around. He said don’t miss the room of jewelry, which was terrific! We had a break for lunch on our own and then headed to Girona. It’s a lovely town bur I was expecting that Marcelo would do a walking tour of town, but he didn’t. He showed us around for maybe a half hour, gave us a map and said see you in an hour. By the time we left town, it was 4:30 pm and the traffic back into Barcelona was awful. If I had to do it again, I would only visit the Dali museum, which was great.

We had a great small group tour with Mateus (Matt) today! He arrived on time to pick us up from our hotel, drove us safely to our destinations and provided us with insightful background information to prepare us for our visit to the Dali museum. What an experience to learn so much about Dali’s life and art! Highly recommend the visit to the museum. In Girona, Matt gave us an overview of the medieval history of the town and provided us with ideas of what we could do during our free time there. We then spent our time investigating the Jewish Museum and wandering the streets and staircases of the Jewish quarter. Thanks Matt!

Mateo was great, friendly and knowledgeable. Great day between the Dalí museum and Genoa. Great balance between guiding us and allowing us to explore on our own.
