We just loved everything, the tour guide Ruby was fantastic, the guy at the old drugstore was great, he was so realistic and just popped out of nowhere, he is great, our driver was amazing and was in line with the theme, at the old jail we had a very scary time and our narrator and actor was so professional, I recommend this group and this ghost experience to everyone

It was a great experience enjoyed all the history and engaging. Slasher Steve, Addie,and Charlie made it a memorable experience.

Fun, entertaining, and unique tour. The drive really have you a view of the city. Your guides and entertainers at the stops were outstanding.

It was a fun and entertaining experience.our guide and driver were very friendly and helpful. The “actors “ at the two stops were great. We’d recommend this trip for teens and adults.

Mercy was our ghost tour guide! She did a terrific job in every way! Tour was fun and interesting. All charcters did a great job. Trolley was a nice what oget around if you did not want to do the walking ghost tour.

Very fun event. Crew did a great job. Creepy, spooky and everyone seemed to enjoy the overall trip. Thankfully it did not rain.

Highly recommend this tour! The tour guide was funny, courteous, knowledgeable. Great costumes! The stops were unique.

Excellent and fun ghost tour. Our guide, Thomas did a great job. Chuckles, our bus driver definitely provided an added bonus. Hands down we loved the added characters which were Michael & Randy.

The trolley was delayed 45 minutes due to traffic; however, the experience was worth the wait. I would recommend that the staff send a text message about delays, since many people rushed over to make their reservations on time.

Our tour guide Ruby was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! She had all the info and stories . Her way of telling them really set the stage for the locations. 10/10 experience with her.

Guests must arrive 15 minutes early to check in and to make time to visit Cromwell’s Parlour of Paranormal Curiosities. Located inside the Old Town Trolley Welcome Center at 27 San Marco Ave, the check-in and boarding location for the Ghosts & Gravestones tour. Cromwell’s Parlour is St. Augustine’s only collection of the paranormal and unexplained. All objects are authentic and are either historic or supernaturally significant.
