This is a must-do experience if you care about the real history of Savannah. Sister Pat was so knowledgeable and engaging. The manner in which she imparted her knowledge about slavery and freedom was superb. She did not focus on the horrific conditions the slaves had to endure because we all know that story. Instead she focused on the impact slavery had in building Savannah and other parts of the country and world. She talked about the economics that fueled slavery which is the root of slavery. It's was always about the money. Just as importantly, she talked about the role she has played over the years in keeping our history alive. She disseminated so much information that I will definitely do this tour again when I return to Savannah with my family. It was the highlight of my visit. Thank you Sis Pat for all you have done and are continuing to do.

Ms. Pat is an amazing truth teller! Such an insightful tour and I learned new info not presented on other Savannah tours. She also gave us a recommendation for the best meal we had in Savannah! So glad that we did this tour!

Sister Pat is extremely knowledgeable but I think the tour could be less than three hours. But overall, it was good and educational.

This is going to be uncomfortable for some people, but there should be more white people on this tour like she said they need to know the tea the hot tea as well as black folks. This is not a book. This is not a magazine article. This is a woman who has lived there and knows she is an absolute true teller. she is an absolute true teller. I am very very, very happy. I am very that I chose her tour. I have already told everyone I know about her and her tour.

The tour was an amazing experience. Miss Patt was very informative and took us to places that showed the true culture and heritage of the African experience. I was imagining this stuff the whole time she was talking, she took us to places that I only imagined in my mind. It was heartfelt and educational. God bless Miss Patt for leading such an amazing experience.

I have never walked away from a tour so intrigued and invigorated after seeing the way that sister Pat has used her power to make a difference to the City of Savannah through the lens of the truth. Not only did I feel like I learned about the past but the present.
