We had a great time on this tour. John was a great tour guide, offering information and humor along the way. Grand Canyon is a must see on anyone’s bucket list and this tour offers great views from the Sky Bridge. Shout out to Dave! Our fabulous bus driver.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour to Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon. Our tour guide, John, was very knowledgable and super helpful throughout the tour. He made the experience very memorable. Our bus driver David was also great!

Our tour guide John and driver David are amazing! They made sure everything was taken care of and on schedule. John explained things very clearly and in great detail. He also got a great sense of humor. My trip was memorable!

Totally worth it to wake up early and visit Grand Canyon. The imperial beauty of this is incomparable to anything I’ve seen before. Big Thanks to the tour guide John and our driver David for making it as interesting as possible!
- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
- Public transportation options are available nearby
- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Children ages 2 years and up require a seat. Infants 23 months and under are considered a lap child. If Skywalk ticket is purchased, infants must be carried on the Skywalk.
- Luggage and large bags are not permitted on this tour due to security restrictions at the Hoover Dam
- There may be waiting periods at any point or attraction due to weather or passenger volumes
- Skywalk Policy: You may bring your mobile phone onto the Skywalk, but all bags, cameras, and other personal items are not allowed. Complimentary lockers are available for secure storage. Please note: During your visit inside Grand Canyon West, backpacks and large bags must remain on the vehicle while you explore each site.
- Hotel pickup is available for this tour/activity. Depending on the hotel, buses may not be able to access or enter every property. In this case, pickup may be redirected to a central bus stop or nearby hotel. Exact pickup details will be provided to the guest upon reconfirmation with the local tour operator.
- Children age 6 and under require to use the car seat during the trip. Please have your own car seat/booster if possible. Please contact with tour operator in advance if you need more help.
- For safety and communication purposes during the trip, a reachable phone number is necessary for participants.
- For individual special needs, we may not be able to guarantee it. For special reasons, please confirm with the tour operator whether your special request is feasible after your booking is confirmed.
- You must provide your pick-up location to the operator at least 3 days before departure. If not received, the default pick-up will be: 06:30am Excalibur Hotel & Casino at Bus Pick up Area--3850 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109

- Tickets & Admission: Third-party attraction tickets or city passes are not accepted. All admission tickets must be purchased during booking or from your guide on the day of the tour.
- For comfort and weight/balance of the aircraft (if option selected), passengers weighing 300 lbs (136kg) or greater will be required to purchase an additional seat (or demnied boarding). Any additional fees are payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. If boarding is denied, you will receive a refund for this portion of the tour
- A minimum of 2 passengers is required for the West Rim Airplane Tour to operate. Availability is limited, and flights may be cancelled due to weather or low participation.
- As our buses are not lift-equipped, wheelchairs must be stored in the luggage compartment, and guests will need assistance from their companions to board and disembark.

If you haven't decided on your pick-up location yet, you can update it later. However, please note that you must contact us to update your pick-up information or do so yourself at least 3 days before the tour date. Important: Failure to provide or update the pick-up location prior to the departure date may impact your ability to join the tour.
