Warner Bros. Studio Tour with Transportation from London

I thought it was really well done. The bus rides were efficient and easy to find with everything you needed. Tad overpriced, but a smooth operation and very easy!

It was fantastic set up really well enjoyed, the tour was captivating all the way around and with care half way helped. The lovely tour guide at the studio for golden tours kept making sure we were ok as it was very cold lovely lady

Everything was fine, timing, kindness,… Just one thing, we came a bit early with Golden Tours bus from London, so we ended our tour a bit early. Instead of 21.45 as we had ordered our bus for back to London, we ended at 21.10, so we waited on a cold bus station outside of Warner Bros studios for more than 30 minutes. With small children on cold and windy weather, while the bus was parked on the parking lot empty. 21.44 the bus moved from parking lot to bus station (20m). This could have been done better. The bus could have been waiting on the bus station, leaving passengers on the bus, so that we and the other passengers would not be freezeing. Never the less, the tour and the studio is 5*

The tour experience, from the private taxi to the visit to Warner Bros. and the return to the hotel, was extraordinary, exceeding my expectations. The drivers were very professional, and the vehicles were clean and high-quality. This tour is highly recommended. Everything was very comfortable and easy, allowing you to fully enjoy the activity without any worries. Congratulations on such excellent service!

There was a confusion with the pickup time and instead of picking us at 10:30am, the driver showed up at 10:50am - o my that they started calling us at 9:15 as for whatever reason they thought our schedule was 9:00am!! And then the driver dropped us at the studio and said return car would get there 4:30 hours after our time, so because we’re there 12:15pm, we estimated 4:45pm. At 4:15pm I got a message from the driver saying he was leaving as our pick up time had expired… Overall, not so much a timing issue, but more the stress and insecurity about being left out in the middle of nowhere, after spending 400 pounds for confort and previsibility!! We did two other tours with Golden that run very smoothly, so I believe this was a hiccup!

Private transport, on time pick up both ways. Lovely driver Edmund. Spotless, comfortable car. Harry Potter tour , can only say was immense. You need 5 hours We were asked for passport for ticket pick up , didn’t have it with me but they took other photo ID

Bus ride was clean and safe! They played the Harry Potter movie on the way there and on the way back- my only piece of advice is to bring a pair of headphones that can plug into the tv they don’t provide any headphones so you can’t hear the movie otherwise! Harry Potter studios tour is incredible if you’re a Harry Potter fan! Def recommend this!! We loved it!

We were so late with the studio tour tickets that we had to buy them from the tour operator. The price included bus transportation and admission to the studios. + Friendly service + The schedules were well planned - The seat belts on both buses (different buses) were broken in many seats. The driver announced that everyone had to fasten their seat belts for safety and liability reasons. It was just not possible. We changed seats several times so that even the children had working seat belts. - The Harry Potter movie shown on the trip only worked for part of the way, after which the screen froze. We toured the studio so that we would have been able to catch one return bus earlier, but there was no information anywhere about whether the return trip could be changed to an earlier one if there was space on the bus.

This experience is a true must for any Harry Potter fan. The bus brings you right to the front doors of Warner Bros Studio and I couldn’t have been happier with the tour itself. Warner Bros Studio has everything Harry Potter and it was magical to be able to see all the props and sets from the actual movies themselves.

An amazing, well-organized tour! The Golden Tours private taxis were clean, comfortable, and on time. The Warner Bros. Studio Tour was magical. We love all the props and interactive shows with the Death Eaters. Our family really enjoyed walking through the sets which made us feel young and alive again. A must-do for any Harry Potter fan visiting London!
