What a wonderful tour. Viry was so knowledgeable and we went to small, unique places we would have missed on our own. Excellent tour!

My number one travel tip is to book a food tour as they are the best way to get immersed in the culture and learn about the place you’re visiting. My fiance and I booked this tour as it was in a different neighborhood then we were staying in (Roma Norte). It was a great way to explore the neighborhood! Maracela was our tour guide. She was knowledgeable, kind, and a wonderful host! We visited 7 places on our tour and it was the perfect amount of food. I loved trying items from different regions of Mexico AND that the menu was not limited to just tacos. We had a great variety of items to try. I would highly recommend this experience to a friend or anyone who is visiting CDMX for the first time or someone who has been here many times!

I take a food tour on most trips and this is a good one. It was a balance of history and facts about the neighborhood with 6 different food tastings. German hit the highlights - mole, tacos, desserts and cocktails. And there was also some nice restaurants mixed with taquerias and stand up quick serve places. The Polanco neighborhood is safe, clean and very walkable. My hotel was across the street so it was a good orientation for my first day in the city. Thanks German!

We had a fantastic walking and food tour of the Polanco neighborhood! German was an excellent guide — incredibly knowledgeable and full of interesting insights about the area’s history, culture, and food scene. Each tasting felt thoughtfully chosen and gave us a great feel for the neighborhood. German gave us a great overview of Polanco - the history of the area - how it relates to Mexico City and the region. As a native dweller of Polanco he added a great level of local knowledge. Wonderful cuisine and experience.

We had German he was delightful! We ate too much but everything was delicious. German has a passion for the culture of the food and history and it truly shows. We learned so much. I highly recommend the tour.
