Pirates Dinner Adventure Buena Park

Price was decent for 3 course dinner and show ( only like 220) gift shop had interesting things and cast members and wait staff were fun and kind of given the opportunity I would visit again ( out of towner)

We sat in the Orange section and our pirate was awesome!! Very fun to go with family especially if you have little kids! It was really loud near the speakers and the food was decent, you get soup or salad, chicken, potatoes, mixed veggies, and deserts while watching the show.

The event was good. The only issue was getting in. All the staff didn’t seem aware on Viator and how it worked. Asked if I called a head for a reservation?

The entertainment is top notch. The singing dancing and silk sky routines were outstanding. The production was great for all ages. The food was less than great. The shrimp dinner consisted of 3 small shrimp, otherwise I would have given 5 stars

Kids would love this place. Adults not so much. Folks on the phone, ticket counter and bar were very friendly. Our food service staff could not have cared less we were there, and it showed! Our appetizers (extra $) came out nearly cold. We asked for ketchup and it took 15 minutes to get. The dining tables were narrow, and the chairs placed so tightly together I was constantly elbowing my family. That was really horrible. My cheap chair had stains all over. The place just didn't seem clean. Let's face it, people don't come here for the food. Was it acceptable, yes, like dorm food. Would I ever pay 1 penny for this food on it own, NEVER! Had the salad an it was absolutely drenched in ranch dressing. Drinks at the bar were $8, reasonable. Let's talk about the show. The sound system was horrible. I could barely understand any of the spoken words. The background music was so loud it was distracting. Audio fidelity was miserable. This show actually has a storyline, and since I can't decipher the audio, I couldn't follow anything. This MUST be improved. Each audience section is given a color, bright colored lights are constantly shooting right in your face with your colored section, so bright I needed sunglasses and interfered with the show. The show itself was mildly entertaining. There was no preshow activity, just an overpriced gift shop. I wore a very elaborate pirates hat to celebrate my birthday, not one staff member said anything about it (like I said, they do NOT care you are there or not.) I told them on the phone when booking it was my birthday, my wife mentioned to the staff it was my birthday at 6:31 and they said you need to tell us 30 minutes before the show, she missed that by 1 minute. OH WELL. We have been to Medieval Times just a few doors down, and that is MUCH better! I would go there instead. I was always curious about this place, well no longer. I would NOT recommend this venue.

My son enjoyed it but for $200 for 3 people I wouldn’t go again… drinks were good but took way to long to get and the food was so tiny that my son was even hungry after they gave him one slider the size of a 50cent piece some cantaloupe and the smallest scoop of potatoes… we ended up having to still grab dinner afterwards :/

Excellent customer service from manager and staff. They made good seating accommodations for my service dog. The show was awesome.

The show was terrific, the pirates and cast lovely to spectators. The server we had, Brianna, was so terrific and helpful--our grandson is allergic to potatoes and gluten, so she brought him extra Mac and cheese and a slushy instead of cake--though it was his birthday and she brought a piece of cake and a candle for him to blow out. He loved the slider (ask for ketchup) too. He got to go on the ship and be sworn in as a pirate and loved that. The adult food was ok--good salad, chicken was better than most--veg and potatoes were eh. The only big negative was having to go through the gift shop to get in and to go to the restrooms. Having a 5 year old see all the glitter and weapons and wanting everything made it a less than desirable experience. The prices were very high for the toys and some were dangerous. We talked about how the evening was expensive and how we bought him a terrific pirate costume and hat, hook, and sword and that was a lot and he agreed not to want anything else--but once in there--it was on his mind the whole time and when we went to the restroom on the way home, it was really tough. It almost ruined a terrific evening--but in the car--we talked and he calmed down. I would have given the experience a 1 because of that but the rest of the experience was very nice.

Being in BLUE CREW 🩵🩵🩵🩵 and our pirate for the night was awesome. I was chosen to participate in the "pirate games" treasure hunt.
