our tour guide casper was incredible, not only was he punctual, polite and well-spoken but he went above and beyond to make our experience the best it could possibly be. he gave us recommendations of things to do in our free time in zakopane, foods to try, and advise regarding the cable cars. would 100% recommend.

Great trip, I would advise to take a robe and flip flops and a towel to the spa, it was too cold to explore the outside pools, Kasper was a fantastic guide, very nice guy with good knowledge of Poland

Tour was very good. Guide was amazing and everything was well planned. We had 2.5 hours in each location which was a good amount of time to explore each area.

Being in the mountains and seeing the surreal views. How amazing Julia the guide was so knowledgeable about the places we visited and sent recommendations for the rest of our time in Krakow. It wasn’t too busy and had plenty of time in each place to make the most of it. Well worth a visit!

Was a fantastic trip from start to finish, the tour guide was very entertaining, funny and enthusiastic, could not fault the trip at all. However beware when going in peak times the tram for Zakopane is packed!
