Explore three famous islands in the Venice Lagoon--Murano, Torcello and Burano--on a half-day sightseeing excursion by motorboat. You'll stop at a blown glass factory on Murano, visit Venice's first cathedral on the peaceful island of Torcello, and taking lots of pictures of Burano's coloured houses. This morning or afternoon tour is an excellent introduction to the magical islands surrounding the city of Venice and its enclosed bay in the Adriatic Sea. It was interesting & fun. Some history and enjoyable facts. Wish we had a little more time in Murano and Burano.

I expected more in Burano, it was a boring experience to all 3 islands, not entertaining or exciting at all. No energy from the people who live on the islands, selling their products. They almost seemed frustrated we (tourists) are there.

It was a great experience. We managed to see a lot of interesting things. It was well organised. The only thing is it would've been nice to have a bit more time for exploring.

We booked this half day tour after reading the reviews so our expectations were calibrated. If you want or expect this to be a fully guided tour, I would not recommend this. This is largely hopping on a dedicated transport service to the 3 islands and a lady at the front of the boat reading off tourist sights albeit in 3-4 languages in rapid fashion that is likely difficult for you to follow; and giving you the time to get back onto the boat. If you are willing, using the public transport itself is more affordable and at a more relaxed pace that may suit your interests / itinerary better if you have the time. This trip is otherwise adequate. The glass factory demonstration was interesting and short, which may be what you want or not. Most people would skip the middle church island if giving the choice. You need to walk at a decent pace in Murano and Burano to enjoy it fully on this trip. The bonus we did ended up having is being on a pretty empty boat on Nov (because is a less popular ride) and with fine weather we could take lots of photos by moving around the boat.

Very knowledgable commentary. Started from St Lucia station close to our hotel. Very convenient. Boat good. Recommend for any newcomers to Venice.

It was a nice experience. It would have been nice to have a little longer on each island, especially Burano as it’s bigger than the others and there is more to See.

It isn’t really a tour it’s a ferry service. You are rushed from island to island very quickly with only 1hr at each. The lady talks on the mic in three different languages that you don’t actually listen to what she is saying because she doesn’t stop speaking just rolling it off. Very disappointed!!

Stressful once again difficulty trying to find meeting place. Had to call and try to find someone to talk to. was told by other guides where to go and they were wrong

just a boat ride. guide reads some comments but in no way guided the tour. Pick another tour of the islands as there are some interesting things to see but no advice given on this trip. Also, guide should point out the toilets at these stops, could be very helpful and save you time
