Cool experience in Budapest! We enjoyed the outdoors baths which were incredibly warm despite it being mid-December. It can be quite crowded but you find space without feeling overcrowded. Overall, well organized and clean. Definitely recommend!

There are lots of steps to get in. And instructions are vague. Bring your flip flops and towel. If you don’t you have to buy them there. The pools are fabulous and we had a great time.

They didn't want to honor the viator with cabinet and said only a locker even though it said on voucher cabinet. After 15 minutes of much discussion, they finally gave us our cabinets as we paid for

Lovely morning spent here. The pool was lovely and although there were lots of people it didn’t seem crowded. Bring a towel or even better a robe as it was cold when you got out. Flip flops a must. There are 3 entrances so please look for the one that says redeem online tickets. We got caught out and stood in 2 separate queues before we got the right one. I would say the Hungarians are not the most helpful not rude but just not helpful. I struggled with the communication aspects and I’m sorry to say relied on google translate. Definitely worth the effort

Easy to get to from the subway. It's very old and confusing to navigate in the facility. This pad did not include a private locker room. We went early but it didn't take long to fill up and be overcrowded.

Wow! What a fantastic place. I loved it. Lots of indoor pools , steam baths and saunas. The outdoor pools are amazing. I initially only went to accompany my husband, but OMG loved it. If u visit Budapest, u cant miss it. Great experience

The thermal spa was an excellent experience though we did not stay there the whole day. The option to go to the wine bar was not really needed as there was food and drinks an available at the spa. Besides once we were out we could not enter back into the spa. We had to take a metro to the wine tasting bar which we found inconvenient. It was an unnecessary extra we paid for something that we did not utilise. We should also be told that incase we need a massage at the spa to pre book it before arrival. We were not aware and when we reached there there were no slots available.

Take towel and flip flops with you so you don’t get stung with overpriced mandatory items . If you want to do some serious ‘length ‘ swimming you need a swimming cap. We went at 10am which was a good time as it started to get busy by midday. 2-3 hours was suitable time to do outside spa ( yes it was December but the pool was lovely and warm) and the indoor pools and spas . Use the radiators around the pools to keep your towel dry . The building was clean, changing rooms sufficient and the architecture was amazing .

Lots of different pools to try, all excellent and varying degrees of heat including a freezing plunge pool. The saunas and steam rooms were good too. The outside pool was our favourite.

Very well oiled organisation. Instructions on where and how to enter were clear. Once we were allocated our cabin and watches it was easy to find the cabins. It is a piece of mind, knowing that you can get changed in private and leave all your gear in a cabin that is allocated to you only. The outdoor spas were amazing. They were therapeutic and also very relaxing. A perfect way to spend a few hours on a cold day in Budapest. Admittedly, we only spent time in the outdoor spas rather than the indoor ones, but that was our choice. Would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Budapest.
