Breathtaking Prague: Castle & City Highlights Afternoon Tour

Generally fine, experienced guide. Humorous. Too much selling of other trips, could gave been more history. Did not understand reason behind pissing fountain.

Don’t sleep on this tour experience! We toured with Jack. He was incredibly knowledgeable and loved to teach about his country/the city of Prague. He was great in terms of educating us on national and local matters as well as local information. Loved that he included little “Easter eggs” of information about the historic sites we visited. Overall, would 10/10 recommend. If we had more time in Prague we would have signed up for the other tours with this company. Of note, the tour was easily ambulatory. No difficulties getting around the castle district.

We enjoyed the tour and Anna was great. Her historical knowledge is unmatched! While we made all of the advertised stops, the tours main focus was on the history and architecture of the main cathedral in the castle complex.

Loved this tour. It included tickets to go inside the castle and cathederal. This is a must if you want to enjoy the full experience. Getting to the castle we used the public transport as part of the tour which was a great experience. We went deep underground to the train and then surfaced to use the tram. This saved us walking up the steep hill to the castle. Our guide was Jack. He provided a lot of historical, practical and personal information which felt like having a knowledgable friend taking you around. Great tour.

Jack was a fantastic guide. Knowledgeable with a touch of fun. We loved every minute. Book it!! If you have the chance. We learned so much and time flew by !

The tour guide was highly professional and demonstrated excellent subject-matter knowledge throughout the trip. Explanations were clear, well-structured, and supported by relevant historical and cultural context, which significantly enhanced the overall experience. The guide was also well-prepared, responsive to questions, and managed the itinerary efficiently. Overall, the tour was well worth the time and cost, and the guide’s expertise added substantial value to the trip.

Excellent walking tour with good fast pace and covered many areas as the Prague castle is a very big complex and cathedral. Mikal was very knowledgeable and personal. He handled our group very well. Strongly recommended to be introduced to the castle side of Prague. This is not for the old town section.

Organisation, communication and punctuality were very good. The pacing (called a walking tour that was more like a half marathon the guide commented as much at the end) and the historical knowledge of the guide was off. Her enthusiasm could not be questioned but she went way too fast and her historical descriptions were disappointing.

You should do this tour at the beginning of your stay in prague. It really helps you give the lay of the town. John was fantastic and had great humor!

Guide very knowledgeable and funny. Thoroughly enjoyed the walk. She was able to pivot when line was long to Cathredral and get back to no line later.
