My Mum Big Sister & I enjoyed our entire day of 2 different Big Bus Tours that made have the best day. 1st New Dubai Bus Tour was 2.5 Hours & 2nd Old Dubai Tour was 2 Hours. So worth every penny & the ENITRE DAY!!!

We visited Dubai in December 2025 and decided to try the Big Bus hop on & off Bus tour. It was great and an amazing way to see the city . We stopped at the Creek and enjoyed a 1 hour Boat ride with a good guide (over the speakers ) telling us about the landmarks we were passing. Definitely worth the money .

I took 5 days hop on hop off. All staff especially Mr. Minhaj was extremely professional, helping and welcoming . He guided me in which line to take red or blue line and where I can get best shopping for dates etc

Great way to explore Dubia if it is your first trip to the city. Both routes show you the different areas of the city. Woukd suggest allowing around 4 hours for each route especially on the Red routes that includes a Dhow water cruise. Good value for money....

I had a wonderful experience in Big Bus and covered red & blue line in a day. It was easy to start the tour from any point and it was convenient. Dhow Cruise was included which was very pleasant.

Everytime we travel out of country we have made Big Bus Tour part of our first couple days to get to know the local areas. And Big Bus Tour always delivers excellently. Had an Awesome experience with the BiG Bus. Sumit was very helpful and took his time to explain to us the best option to take. This gave us maximum use of our time that was limited. Then Abdula one of the drivers did not disappoint at all. Engaged us and gave us tips here and there. He was so enthusiastic and helped make the trip memorable. The customer service was just top notch.

It was great Very informative 3 routes for one price 2 day bus includes a hour boat ride which Was great and free tickets to the aquarium. Staff don't speak a lot of English

Download the Big Bus app and use your Tour operator confirmation number on this voucher to add your booking and activate your ticket when you are ready to travel. You can then board the bus at any Big Bus stop on the route. 2. Present your printed or mobile voucher to a Big Bus team member or driver at any stop on the route during operating hours. The Arabian Dhow Cruise departs every hour between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM from Stop 4: Arabian Dhow Cruise, located on Al Seef Street opposite the Ministry of Defence building. Show your digital or printed ticket to board. If you hold a 5-day ticket, you’ll also enjoy unlimited pizza and soft drinks on board. If your ticket includes Ambassadors Lagoon, present your digital or printed ticket to a Big Bus team member at Big Bus Stop 19: Atlantis the Palm, and they’ll provide you with your entrance ticket. The Dubai Frame is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Tickets must be collected from a Big Bus Tours staff member at Stop 13: Dubai Frame before entering the attraction.
